That&#8217;s right\u2014one food truck, twice the bacon!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Jim Angelus started out in the restaurant world, but when he and his wife started a family, Jim started looking for a way to escape the difficult\u00a0hours so common in the restaurant industry. Bacon Bacon\u00a0was his solution.\u00a0He&#8217;s watched business\u00a0blow up (on one occasion, literally!) to include\u00a0<em>three<\/em> food trucks, a caf\u00e9, and a mobile trailer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">I asked Jim what he&#8217;d do differently if he could go back in time and build Bacon Bacon all over again, and his answers pack some great\u00a0advice. Jim talks about sticking to a crystal-clear vision, building the perfect menu, where to turn for advice, and letting go of the desire to be everything to everybody.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Jim&#8217;s words of wisdom are a must-listen for any aspiring food trucker, no matter where you are in your journey.
