Not plumbed for Kentucky code, but we have gotten temp permits for it. We ran it as a catering food truck for 3 years. We smoked meats and cooked food at our licensed commissary with ability to bake items on the food truck in the electric convection oven. No other cooking equipment is on board. No propane / no gas / no Ansul system required for this set up in Ohio. All electric set up --- easy for catering and ready to serve food.
