I'm asking $45k, which is waay less than the material and equipment cost to build it, no labor. Everything on it is new, tires, carb, alternator, belts, hoses, water pump, distributor, mufflers, trans service, oil change about 40 miles ago .. all the refrigeration is new. The chassis is a 1984 Chevy P-30 van, which means all the parts are available at the auto parts store and minimal emissions requirements. It has a Chevy 454 (gas) and TH400 transmission. The truck is available immediately. The rear has been framed for a bathrooom, which is currently being used as a utility closet. It comes with a 9000 watt generator. After 3 years, I have moved the business into a restaurant.
