I am listing my 32' 1972 Airstream Mobile Kitchen after 12 successful seasons. This unit is ready for work and is a proven layout and design. Full 8' hood system with fire suppression has ample room underneath with countertop equipment and two commercial fryers that can easily be equipped for any menu choice. Full sized 8' three hole stainless commercial sink along with two other handwashing sinks with hot water supplied by an on demand water heater. The convection oven is 30 amp or 220 ac and the trailer also has 110 ac and 12v systems integrated for multiple layouts. There is even a bathroom inside as well as a mop sink! Owner designed and built with custom everything. Too much to list with spare parts and equipment.
