Juice/Smoothie truck with 2 refrigerators, 3 comparment sink, hand wash sink, Bunn 1.5 Gallon Coffee brewer and tea dispenser, 2 vitamix blenders, 5 blender bases, 1 Robot Coupe J100 Juicer, 6 Pitchers/strainers (for Juicer), Drop in Ice Bin, Wire Racks and storage closet. There is no need for fire system or exhaust fan since there are no ovens/stovetops. Will also add coolers, and Table, and any leftover cups or miscellaneous items we have at the time of purchase. Total Cost of build out including equipment was $60,000 (not including all the extra miscelleneous stuff we have since added) The truck is a 2005, but has a totally rebuilt engine. I have kept up with frequent oil changes and routine maintenance.
